Job Description
Primary focus of sales acquisition is to acquire CASA (Current Account & Saving Account), New to Bank card and Personal Loan Sales through corporate roadshows/lunch talks and Tele consulting.
Create and maximise all sales opportunities in the area of payroll accounts acquisition through corporate tie-ups
Proficient in face to face point-of-sales and Tele Consulting activities.
Work closely with Relationship managers to maximise overall product cross-selling at Workplace Banking events
Provide quality and efficient after sales services to the customers acquired.
Follow up with customers on pre-sales enquiry with regards to secured and unsecured retail banking products.
To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
Requirements
Relevant sales experience preferred.
Min O level holders with no prior experiences are also welcomed to apply.
Highly motivated, driven, able to work in fast paced environment.
Able to work on weekends when required. Off in lieu will be extended (rarely)
