- Expected salary: $10 - $11 per hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Maintain a record on fixed asset and update regularly
- Record incoming/outgoing mails daily
- Keep a record of movement of keys daily
- Typing, Filing and Printing
- Issue car discs/facility passes
- Record complaints and re-direct to the attention of Condominium Manager
- Purchase stamps/stationeries/refreshments as required
- Maintaining leave records for site office staff
- Oversee bookings of recreational facilities
- Collection of cheques for the maintenance charges, booking fees and other incomes and record
- Put up notices in notice boards
- Maintaining petty cash
- To carry out any other duties as and when required by the Management
Location: Toh Tuck Road
Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri), Sat: 9.00am to 1.00pm (Alt Sat off)
