Job Details:
Duration: June – 1 Year (renewable)
Salary: $2600 - $2900 (Incl. KPI Target Incentives)
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM + Alt Saturdays 8.30 AM to 1.00 PM
Location: Central (Shuttle bus services at Jurong/CCK available)
Job Scope:
Handling call enquiries from customers.
Escalate complex call issues to relevant department officers.
Attend to customers’ feedback or complaints in a timely manner.
Providing feedback on behalf of customers on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures.
Meeting KPI components given.
To be cross trained in another skillset or domain.
Requirements:
Prior call centre/customer service experience.
Ok to handle high volume of calls.
Must be willing to undergo training that involves studying and memorizing content.
