This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless shopping experience, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring efficient point-of-sale transactions. You will be representing a premium apparel brand, supporting the event team in setting up the space, managing inventory, and upholding a high level of customer service throughout the event. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and adaptable to a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
[Key Responsibilities]
Demonstrate, market, and sell the brand’s products and services to customers
Build strong relationships with customers, store managers, and team members
Provide personalized consultations and recommending suitable products
Perform only brand-approved services to high-quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized counter and personal workspace
Uphold grooming, and dress code standards at all times
[Requirements]
Strong retail sales and/or service history is a plus
Exceptional verbal and presentation skills
Positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented team member
Professional demeanor with effective communication
Able to commit from 23 April to 13 May (Whole event period)
