  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The Job
You will be part of a fast-paced and lean team that establishes strong business relationships with the unmanaged Merchants on the app platform.


Following up on leads to complete Merchants' onboarding application via the physical onboarding counter, or other inbound channels including email, zendesk, calls etc
Ensuring assigned onboarding leads are completed accurately the first time and activated within SLA
Handling Merchant queries regarding onboarding process, their applications status and follow ups for successful activation via call and emails
Supporting in other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time


The Talent


At least 3 months of office admin experience
Experience in F&B industry
Self-motivated, with high degree of initiative and drive
Able to meet tight deadlines and produce quality work
