Job Description
Process registration for internal and external courses
Update attendance of employees in HR Information System
Process invoices and charge out training costs to relevant departments (where applicable)
Oversee the logistics aspects for internal training programs which includes setting up of classroom and ordering of catering
Prepare and administer bond deed signing
Maintain bond records, tracking and updating of bond status
Assist in recovery of liquidation damage
In charge of Corppass administration through ServiceNow
Handle email inquiries relating to the above area of work
Related projects and administrative duties assigned from time to time
Ensure all requests are attended to within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related disciplines
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-set
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
Proficient in WorkDay is an advantage
