Roles & Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement
Support recruitment: job posting, interview scheduling, onboarding
Maintain proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
Handle general HR admin tasks, including work pass applications and HR letters
Manage insurance matters (e.g., vehicle, hospital, work injury claims)
Oversee and renew Halal certification documents and submissions
Assist outlet operations during peak periods when required
Provide admin support to F&B outlets (staffing, document flow, follow-ups)
Prepare monthly HR/admin reports, surveys, and compliance documents
Perform office admin duties: reception, mail, and courier handling
Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Min. NITEC or 3 years’ HR/Admin experience (F&B/service preferred)
Knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF, work pass procedures
Proficient in MS Office, HR systems, and ERP software
Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
Flexible and willing to assist on-ground operations when needed
