QA/QC Executive
We are seeking a meticulous and committed QA/QC Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. If you are passionate about food quality, safety, and compliance, we’d love to meet you.
Your Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct daily hygiene inspections across kitchen and packing areas
• Monitor food preparation, cooking, packing, and delivery processes in compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and SFA standards
• Maintain daily temperature logs, sanitation records, and calibration checklists
• Support FSMS document maintenance and SOP compliance
• Inspect incoming raw materials for quality, temperature, expiry, and SFA compliance
• Supervise extraction and packing of coconut water, coconut meat, ensuring correct expiry date labelling, sealing, and presentation
• Ensure food is packed at the correct temperatures using food-safe packaging
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports
• Assist in audit preparation and documentation of non-conformities, corrective, and preventive actions
• Conduct onboarding and training for kitchen staff on hygiene and food safety
• Promote consistent hygiene habits and 5S methodology across departments
Who We’re Looking For
• Diploma Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• 1–2 years QA/QC experience in catering, food manufacturing, or F&B.
• Fresh Grads are welcome to apply too. Training will be provided.
• Familiar with HACCP, FSMS, ISO 22000, and SFA regulations
• Proactive, hands-on, meticulous, and strong in documentation
• Team player who works well with kitchen and logistics teams
