Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and vendors
  • Engage with business stakeholders to define scope and align objectives
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Oversee UAT, quality checks, and compliance with internal standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, CASA, or Payments
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
  • Familiarity with corporate banking systems and SDLC
  • Experience in managing system implementation or digital transformation projects in banking
