Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and vendors
- Engage with business stakeholders to define scope and align objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
- Oversee UAT, quality checks, and compliance with internal standards
- Support post-implementation review and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, CASA, or Payments
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
- Familiarity with corporate banking systems and SDLC
- Experience in managing system implementation or digital transformation projects in banking
