Key Responsibilities:
New Business Generation
- Identify, secure, and negotiate corporate events that offer significant business opportunities, while ensuring mutually beneficial contract terms and successful event execution.
- Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships that bring additional value or revenue stream to the club.
- Strengthen and develop strategic commercial relationships by negotiating and securing preferential rates at complementary facilities, retailers, and attractions, while offering members unique benefits that enhance membership value, improve satisfaction, and drive retention.
- Develop strategies to secure sponsorships, negotiate favorable agreements, and oversee the execution of sponsorship packages to generate additional revenue streams.
- Track the progress of ongoing projects, reporting key performance metrics, risks, and outcomes.
Operations, Member Acquisition and Experience:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, ensuring the highest level of member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and overall service quality.
- Develop and execute targeted plans for acquiring new members, both individual and corporate, through outreach, special offers, and engagement campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members to encourage long-term business growth and enhance member retention.
- Drive special projects aimed at improving operational processes, member experiences, and business growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to support daily operations, member engagement, and growth initiatives.
Facility Management:
- · Monitor and manage the facility’s budget, keeping track of expenses related to facility maintenance and upgrades
- · Lead contract negotiations and manage an integrated facility management approach, including housekeeping, landscaping, security, and pool maintenance services
- · Supervise facility (preventative and routine) maintenance and repairs of the Club's facilities, operational systems and grounds
- · Ensure adherence to all applicable plans, licenses, and legal regulations.
- · Manage the planned operating, maintenance, energy, and capital (POMEC) budget, ensuring alignment between cash flow requirements and departmental needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in operations management, commercial roles, and facility management, preferably with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources within budget
- Familiarity with facility management and related software is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences for members.
