Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and motivate the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Handling Full set of accounts and consolidation for multiple entities of the Group.
  • Oversee a lean Finance team for the group and oversee day-to-day operations of the Group.
  • Manage Month and Year End closing and other periodical deadlines.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and assist with grant management and liaising with government agencies.
  • Other statutory reporting.

Required qualification

  • Degree in finance/accounting or related.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role·
  • Good knowledge and understanding of L/C, Corporate and Income Tax computation.
  • Experience in the shipping/trading/Logistics industry is an advantage.
