The Regional Engagement Lead plays a key role in expanding Tzu Chi's presence, partnerships, and impact across local and regional networks. Rooted in the values of youth empowerment, community-building, and sustainable development, this role supports the curation of meaningful programs, deepens stakeholder engagement, and drives strategic initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Build Bold Partnerships & Lead Regional Engagement
Shape and drive strategies that connect Tzu Chi with youth networks, civil society, governments, academia, and faith-based platforms.
Represent Tzu Chi at key regional events (like APFSD, ASEAN Summits), advocating for SDG localization and shared impact.
Design Inspiring Programs & Lead With Heart
Curate and run meaningful leadership experiences, workshops, and intergenerational dialogues.
Manage speaker engagements, session flow, and full delegate journeys — from prep to reflection.
Activate Communities & Tell Stories That Matter
Support field initiatives and grassroots programs that bring impact to life.
Lead creative outreach across social media and offline platforms to grow engagement and visibility.
Fuel Impact Through Grants & Resource Strategy
Research and co-write grant proposals, donor materials, and support fundraising workshops.
Co-develop a resource mobilization strategy to support long-term sustainability and growth.
Keep Things Smart With Strategy & Data
Support planning meetings, operations, and logistics across regional efforts and events.
Collect and analyze data to drive decisions, track progress, and unlock new insights.
Job Requirements:
