Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager (NetReveal)

Location: Singapore

Technical Delivery Manager (NetReveal) to join technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, enhancement, and support of the NetReveal platform, ensuring seamless integration with banking operations and compliance requirements.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of NetReveal solutions within the bank, ensuring timely execution and quality.
  • Work closely with business units, compliance, and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage and oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to optimize NetReveal configurations and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of the NetReveal platform.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to development and support teams, promoting best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring effective problem resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing NetReveal solutions within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering), fraud detection, and financial crime compliance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
