  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you an experienced finance professional with a solid foundation in accounting practices? We are looking for a meticulous Senior Finance Executive to take charge of critical financial functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash management, Bank Reconciliation, Budget Preparation, Reporting, Journal Entries, and General Ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ⁠ ⁠Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Supervise Petty Cash handling and reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct Bank Reconciliations to track and reconcile financial transactions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Lead Budget Preparation activities, working closely with stakeholders to align financial goals.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed financial Reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • ⁠ ⁠Handle Journal Entries accurately to reflect financial transactions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain the General Ledger to ensure financial data integrity.
  • Manage office supply such as A4 paper, stationery etc
  • Manage and Maintain the company documents: SSM, License, and etc
  • Any other task that shall be instructed by the Management.

Qualifications:

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other financial functions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and general accounting principles.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • ⁠ ⁠Malaysian nationality preferred.
