Job Overview:

As a Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist, you will be at the heart of our growth and customer retention efforts, promoting Technogym's Digital Solutions while ensuring long-term client success. This dual-function role blends consultative digital sales with proactive customer success, involving elements of sales, onboarding, project management, education, relationship management, and upselling.

You are passionate about fitness, wellness, and digital technology. A strong communicator and team player, you have a proven track record in B2B sales and/or customer success and are driven by results and long-term client value.

Responsibilities:

· Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers for Technogym's digital ecosystem (software, hardware, devices, training, and consulting).
  • Achieve sales and profit goals by proactively building a prospect list and targeting clients—even without equipment opportunities.
  • Develop a strong network using digital tools and prospecting techniques to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide structured forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Leverage customer insights to refine sales strategies and improve market positioning.

· Customer Onboarding & Implementation

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure successful product setup and activation.
  • Conduct product training and educate clients on full usage of the mywellness cloud platform and related digital tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., technical, product, sales support) to ensure timely and smooth implementation.

· Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Proactively engage with clients to support adoption, track success KPIs, and encourage usage.
  • Act as the main point of contact for post-sales support, escalations, and ongoing engagement.

· Customer Success & Retention

  • Monitor platform usage to identify at-risk customers and develop strategies for retention.
  • Promote renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of software and services based on customer needs.
  • Develop customer success plans to outline goals, milestones, and long-term strategies for client success.
  • Create best practices and contribute to a knowledge base that supports scalable growth in customer success.

· Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track customer feedback, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategy and product development.
  • Report on key customer success metrics (retention, satisfaction, adoption rates, revenue growth).

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital sales, customer success, pre-sales consultancy, or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Comfortable in both sales and post-sales environments, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, consultative sales techniques, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
  • A passion for wellness and fitness is preferred.
