  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview

This is a 360 recruitment role where you'll be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying top-tier candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Job Description

  • Identify and target potential clients
  • Sourcing, screening and selected qualified candidates to meet clients' staffing needs
  • Posting job openings, conducting interviews, checking references and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Stay informed about industry trends, build a network of potential candidates and maintaining accurate records in the recruitment process
  • Other duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE "N/O" Level
  • Proven experience in a business development or recruitment role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process and best practices
  • Managing relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experiences is essential
  • Excellent telephone manner, confident and comfortable on the phone
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deal with high volumes of work
  • Previous experience of screening candidates in a recruitment environment
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
  • Certificate of Intermediaries (CEI) is required to conduct EA work
