Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth across key markets
- Identify and secure opportunities in lighting related projects to achieve organizational targets
- Conduct market intelligence, including consumer and competitor analysis, to inform business strategies
- Oversee the preparation of high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and tender submissions

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven network and successful sales track record
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
