Job Title: Finance Manager
Position Summary:
We are looking for a digitally savvy Finance Manager to support and oversee core finance operations. The ideal candidate brings solid financial expertise, is familiar with digital tools like Power BI, and has a working understanding of how technology—including AI—can enhance financial reporting and decision-making. This role focuses on budgeting, reporting, compliance, and supporting the consolidation and analysis of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management dashboards using tools such as Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
Coordinate the annual budgeting process and assist in revenue and cost forecasting, using modern Excel models and AI-supported tools where applicable.
- Statutory Compliance & Audit Support:
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements. Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.Assist in consolidating financial data across business units, including overseas entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group policies.Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation, digitisation, and workflow optimisation.Work closely with other departments to gather data and provide financial insights that support operational and strategic goals.

- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA) is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably with regional exposure.
- Preferably with experience in managing a complete set of accounts.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience in Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital finance tools and basic understanding of how AI can be leveraged in forecasting and analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and departments.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and audit procedures.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
