1. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales activities to achieve profit and strategic goals.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.

Conduct engaging presentations to showcase our company’s profile and services.

Prepare tailored proposals and quotations to meet client needs.

Respond promptly to emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone inquiries.

Proactively reach out to potential clients via email and WhatsApp.

Participate in sales meetings with the Director.

Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote our services.

Maintain sales schedules and generate reports to track progress.

2. Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Full Set of Accounts: Oversee AP, AR, and GL functions.

Manage GST, SST and taxation matters accurately and punctually.

Liaise with clients to resolve accounting-related issues.

Financial Reporting: Prepare schedules, reports, and financial statements.

Compile financial statements in accordance with relevant standards.

Support annual closing, tax computations, and submissions.

Standards & Compliance: Apply knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

Stay current with accounting regulations and tax requirements.

Continuously improve internal accounting processes.
