  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,200 - $2,800 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Process inbound and outbound shipments, including preparing shipping documentation.

  • Track inventory levels and support cycle counts and audits.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle data entry, filing, and general warehouse documentation.

  • Generate reports related to inventory, deliveries, and stock movement.

  • Monitor warehouse supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (At least 1 year)

  • Familiarity with WMS or inventory software (e.g., SAP, Murho, Oracle, or similar).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
