  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job summary:

  • Expected salary: $3,000 - $5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

-Manage daily operations of overseas e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Shopee, etc.), including product listing, optimization, promotions, customer service, and after-sales support.

-Coordinate overseas order fulfillment, including shipping arrangements, tracking logistics, and resolving any delivery issues.

-Oversee inventory and stock levels at overseas warehouses; liaise with logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery and restocking.

-Assist in formulating and executing marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales on overseas platforms.

-Conduct market and competitor analysis, and provide insights and suggestions for product and operational improvements.

-Support offline activities related to the overseas market, such as sample displays, agency coordination, and maintaining relationships with key clients or partners.

Qualifications:

-College degree or above; experience in e-commerce or international trade is preferred.

-Familiar with the operation process of major cross-border platforms and basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, and customer service.

-Highly responsible, proactive, and strong in communication and teamwork.

-Candidates familiarity with local markets are highly preferred.
