Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to expand sales in Singapore markets, targeting distributors, e-commerce platforms, and project-based clients.
Promote the company’s lighting products by understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to different market demands.
Manage the full sales process, including quotation, contract negotiation, production coordination, shipping, and after-sales service.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Assist in building and managing local sales teams or agents to achieve annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Foreign Languages, E-commerce, or related fields.
Minimum 1 years of overseas sales experience, preferably in lighting, building materials, or related industries.
Familiar with global market trends, international business practices, and cross-border e-commerce operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a result-driven mindset.
Candidates familiarity with local markets are highly preferred.
