Roles & Responsibilities

Track and monitor the progress work, job orders.

Check and compile job progress and completion.

Verify the quantity and ensure promptiness of progress claims.

Make check and balances.

Filing of claims and monitoring progress.

Ensure billing is prompt and accurate.

Create reports and keep track of the billings for work done.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

· Team-management and leadership skills

· Documentation management and ability to use project management tools

· Attention to details even under pressure

- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

- Diploma or NiTec in technical / administrative.

- Related work experience in managing progress cliam and billings in oil/gas industry.

- Familiar with the tools and methodology.
