Key Responsibilities:
Manage concierge duties efficiently to enhance the overall guest experience
Assist guests with wayfinding throughout the airport premises
Offer personalized shopping recommendations based on guest preferences
Provide detailed information on brands and product offerings
Inform passengers of current promotions and special deals
Respond promptly and professionally to retail inquiries from passengers
Communicate with passengers through in-person, message, video, and live chat interactions
Ensure a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience for all passengers
Deliver exceptional customer service across all engagements
Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth concierge operations
Key Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or retail
Strong team player, adaptable to fast-paced environments
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays

Flexible rotating work hours
