  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is specialized in the retail sale of spectacles and other optical goods.



Duty Rooster: 7 rest days in a month (2 weekend, 5 weekdays)

Working hour:

8:30am - 5:30pm (Perform Receiving)

9:30am - 6:30pm (Perform Data entry, Storage)

11:30am - 8:30pm (Perform quality checking)

(Depending on which different section such as Lab Packer, Quality control and Inventory Controller)

Work Location: Kaki Bukit Avenue





Lab Assistant (Lab Packer & Quality control)

Product category but not limited to: "Optical Frames, Contact lenses, ophthalmic lenses,"
Picking & Packing of orders within timeline to fulfil orders via handheld-scanner
Receiving & stowing of items from carton boxes/pallets
Pasting of label
Preparing bags for delivery & sorting of delivery cart
Sorting and grouping of orders
Executing other duties as assigned

Lab Assistant (Inventory Controller)

Responsible for the day-to-day Edging Lab operations including receiving, storage, and picking
Supporting on actions such as stock level & shelf life checks
Updating system records and space allocation
Ensure all Edging Lab operations work processes are in accordance with the established procedures and standards
Maintain good housekeeping and security in the Edging lab
Executing other duties as assigned

Requirement

Must be physically fit, due to long hour standing walking and items can be as heavy as 10-20 kilos
Must be comfortable to climb 2 - 3 steps on the ladder
Must be flexible on the rotating of duties based on daily demand
Support daily edging lab activities
Loading/ Unloading of materials/goods
Goods receiving and inspection
Picking and Packing of materials/goods
Stock taking and inventory control
Prepare reports and keeping track of stock records
To support retail operation
Basic Excel knowledge (data entry)
Willing to learn attitude for fresh graduate
