  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Manage all incoming goods receipts in SAP for trading goods, packaging materials, and finished goods following SOPs.


Verify item details (SKU, quantity, batch number, UOM, expiry date) and generate handling unit labels for orderly put-away.


Support stock take preparations, perform cycle counts, and generate inventory reports for ad hoc physical checks.


Update SAP for stock movements including packing confirmations, adjustments for damages, and packaging usage.


Create purchase orders for packaging consumables/services and ensure timely fulfilment of daily client orders.


Handle return orders, verify conditions, and ensure accurate storage based on SAP bin allocations.


Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP & GSDP standards, documentation, and safety/security procedures.


Coordinate with departments, respond to urgent requests, check emails regularly, and support logistics projects.



Requirements:

Familiar with SAP system transactions on Warehouse processes.
Must open to OT



Other Details:

1 Year Contract (Able to convert to perm before contract ends if performance good)
Transport from Woodlands, AMK, Hougang, Sengkang, Yishun, Tampines, Pasir Ris
Monday to Friday , 8.30am - 5.30pm
