Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors at the concierge and main reception.
Maintain a neat, professional reception area that reflects the company’s image.
Direct guests to meeting rooms and assist with general enquiries.
Manage meeting room bookings via the Converge platform.
Operate the main switchboard and route calls appropriately.
Take and serve beverage orders when needed.
Support administrative tasks including:
Issuing security passes to new hires and visitors.
Handling urgent walk-in printing requests.
Coordinating with janitors to maintain executive restroom cleanliness.
Liaising with building management on ad hoc maintenance.
Coordinating name card printing with vendors.
Supporting mailroom duties during staff breaks.
Assisting with other simple admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a front-office/corporate role.
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
Able to communicate clearly and confidently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
