An Operations Executive for Equipment Repair is assists the workshop manager for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations related to the repair, maintenance, and servicing of equipment within an organization. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, leadership, project management, and financial skills to effectively manage the repair and maintenance process.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling and supervising maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained in optimal condition and comply with safety standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and services.
Manage inventory levels of spare parts and ensure that they are available for repairs without overstocking.
Monitor and manage the fleet budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Preparing quotations, negotiate contracts and manage relationships with customers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
Quality control in addressing any defects or issues with repairs promptly to ensure the equipment is restored to optimal working conditions.
Ensure all equipment repairs and maintenance work is performed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain records of safety checks and audits related to repair work.
Requirements:
A Diploma or min with ITE Certification in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance for Conventional Vehicle & Electric Vehicles, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Mechanical Engineering
3–4 years of sales experience, or experience in a similar role
Immediate availability preferred
