Working Location: One North
Working hours: 08.30am – 5.30pm or 09.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday), 08.30am – 9.30am (Saturday WFH, once a month)
Job Description
Assist in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for the customers, consistent with their expectations of a premium brand
Ensure all internal and external customers have accurate and timely information
Channel feedback and enquiries for service enhancement and matters in the shortest possible time
Answer all incoming phone calls and emails; attend to customer enquiries and follow up accordingly
Plan and manage the schedule of Customer Service Technical Team
Generate and process service reports, quotations and invoices
Follow up and respond to all open (pending/outstanding) service jobs
Work closely with other departments and provide support in administrative duties when necessary
Requirements
Preferably diploma in any field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
