Your Day-to-Day Adventures
Support day to day operations which includes movement of vehicles; check-in and check-out of vehicles and coordination of traffic flow
Support car turnover and grooming according to delivery standards
Liaise and manage short-term hirers on assigned operations issues.
Engagement of clients for any enquiries and contract review for both car collection and return.
Support operations control in acquiring vehicles and releasing vehicles
Support operations control in organising; planning and deployment of resources for vehicle delivery and collection.
Support operations control and liaising with operations in organising; planning and deployment of driver-partners for driver pick-up services.
Inculcate safety values and the importance of service quality.
Enforce compliance to SOP(s) and instructions from Operations Control.
Any other related duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
Need to have a valid driving license of more than 2 years
Good driving record
Take ownership of operations
Good interpersonal and networking skill
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to multitask
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to work during weekends as required (5.5 day work week)
