  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Desktop Engineer !





Desktop Engineer

Location: RedHill, Labrador Park, Telok Blangah

Duration: Asap – 1 year (Extandable), Office Hours

Salary: Up to $2,700+ Allowances



Job scope:

Oversee the design, testing, installation, operation, and facility management of client platforms to meet defined business objectives and service level agreements

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to client platforms

Respond quickly to incidents, investigate their causes, and provide both temporary and permanent solutions for escalated incidents, keeping relevant parties informed with timely updates

Handle service requests related to client platforms

Monitor and ensure adherence to agreed service levels, document and maintain system configurations, and provide regular reports to stakeholders

Conduct research and evaluate tools for client platforms

Offer technical guidance on system-related matters to customers and project teams

Collect business and/or application requirements for infrastructure, and perform analysis and design for infrastructure requirements

Establish facility management standards and best practices to ensure operational consistency across project and facility management teams

Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Knowledge on Windows 10 /windows 11
