  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Location: Bras Basah
Duration: Immediate - 3 months, convertible
Working hours: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat/PH 9am - 3pm (if activated - after conversion)
Pay: $12/h, after conversion up to $3300/mth

Responsibilities:
- Handle and process large volume of quotations and sales orders within the stipulated target time
- Respond to enquiries from customers via phone, email and web chat in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Process claims that arise from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise with regards to customers’ orders
- Encouraging customers to order online through the e-commerce store

Requirements:
- Preferably relevant experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries. Entry level welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage
