Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Management and the Production team to design and plan new menus
Maintain a clean, efficient, and cost-effective kitchen operation schedule
Manage kitchen staff schedules, including leave and shift planning
Ensure all kitchen equipment and supplies are in good working condition and compliant with FSSC standards and procedures
Uphold stringent food hygiene practices and FSSC requirements
Lead FSSC documentation processes and audits in collaboration with consultants and management

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Western food industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity and hands-on experience with ISO 22000 procedures, including HACCP maintenance and daily documentation to ensure compliance with food safety standards
