We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead sales and business development efforts for our technology product lines. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for technology products across various sectors (e.g., enterprise IT, electronics, software, automation).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to meet sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close commercial deals and long-term supply contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to meet customer needs and ensure service excellence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide strategic input.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience in technology products or solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical products and ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
