  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Charles Juay Organisation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship is designed to provide exposure to key HR functions and to support day-to-day operations, helping you gain real-world experience in a corporate environment.
As an HR Intern, you will assist with recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, data management, and various HR initiatives that support our organization's people-first strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Help manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate recruitment records
  • Support onboarding activities including document collection and orientation scheduling
  • Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters and employee files
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of employee records and databases
  • Participate in organizing internal employee initiatives and engagement programs
  • Assist in reporting and HR metrics tracking
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements

Qualifications :

  • Minimum A Levels or Diploma in Business or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
