Location: near to Napier MRT
Time: 5 workday per week, fixed rest on Monday. 10.30am - 10.30pm, with 2-3 hours break in between (Lunch service usually end by 2.30pm, restart around 6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas.
- Store and distribute ingredients properly.
- Handle tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking food.
- Ensure food preparation adheres to company SOP and recipes.
- Stay updated on current promotions and new menu items.
- Follow safety standards and SOP for supplies, equipment, and work areas.
- Minimize food wastage by using correct product measurements.
- Gain and share knowledge on standard food preparation through training, including training Junior Kitchen Assistants.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef or Restaurant Managers.
- Work in all areas of Food & Beverage sections
- Welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
- Assist in answering customers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B (Kitchen) industry; experience in Japanese restaurants is a plus.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certification is required.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
