  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a leading Aesthetic Clinic looking for like-minded individuals with the compassion, dedication and commitment to join us in delivering quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, attentive and has a genuine service mindset to provide care from the heart.

Role description

  • Assist the doctor in procedures, patient services and data requests
  • Stock checking and replenishing medicine stocks
  • To work closely with medical team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic
  • Provide pre-operative scheduling and coordination services
  • Handle patient queries and feedback
  • Any ad-hoc and admin duties assigned

Requirements

  • Candidates with "O" Level and fresh Polytechnic graduates are welcome.
  • Working experience in the Aesthetic industry would be added advantage.
  • Professional, proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to commit clinic hours is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
