End User Support Engineer / IT Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows OS upgrades (e.g., Windows 10 to Windows 11), including preparation, installation, data backup, and post-upgrade testing.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support and maintain end-user systems, ensuring security and compliance.
- Assist with setup and support of Office 365, VPN access, printers, and other IT assets.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, device configuration, and profile setup.
- Log and track issues via the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Document solutions, guides, and procedures to support standardization.
- Travel to various customer sites as needed (with expenses reimbursed).
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11 upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365, basic networking, and system imaging.
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
