  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As the frontline of our client facing team, you will provide exceptional service, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Job Description:

  • Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, explain hot pot options, and provide recommendations.

  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.

  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.

  • Assist guests with cooking instructions and any questions they have about the process.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
