OmniChannel Sustainability Sales Executive

Join the PC Dreams Group as an OmniChannel Sustainability Sales Executive and play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee all aspects within a specific category.

We seek a passionate individual with a good understanding of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) devices. You will be responsible for managing the sales and acquisition of devices, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales

  • Support omnichannel sales efforts, delivering a consistent and engaging shopping experience across retail showrooms, e-commerce platforms, and social commerce channels.

  • Consistently hit monthly and weekly sales targets.

  • Educate and inspire customers about sustainability, encouraging them to embrace a zero e-waste lifestyle.

  • Drive active customer participation in surveys and promotional campaigns.

  1. Buyback

  • Oversee our renowned buy-back platform, managing its processes in collaboration with partners.

  • Assess performance based on the quality and quantity of acquired devices.

  • Efficiently manage inventory inflow and outflow.

  • Stay ahead of market trends in ICT devices to aid in accurate inventory forecasting.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level / NITEC / Diploma in Sales, Business, IT, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of retail sales experience.

  • Experience with ICT devices or consumer technology is preferred.

  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

  • A proactive and customer-oriented attitude

  • Effective communication skills

  • Experience in online sales is a plus
