  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Working rights required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,600 - $3,200 per month
  • This role is an urgent hire

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area.

  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the clinic.

  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries from patients.

  • Ensure patients are registered promptly and details are correctly captured in the system.

  • Maintain appointment schedules by calling patients for follow-up and for recall appointments.

  • Prepare, pack and dispense medications.

  • Handle billing, insurance, payment processing and reconcile daily collections.

  • Lab cases - send out, receive and ensure cases are ready for patient’s appointment.

  • Chaperone Doctor when needed in clinic.

  • Any other administrative duties as required.

  • Multitasking

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a clinic.

  • Able to prepare and dispense medications accurately.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail.
