Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Education & Career Guidance Specialist/Coach to join our team and play a vital role in empowering individuals to navigate their educational and career pathways.
Responsibilities
A. Program Implementation
- Lead the implementation of various education and career guidance programs for diverse target audiences.
- Manage development, delivery, and evaluation of workshops, presentations,and individual coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze program data and conduct regular assessments to identify and implement improvements.
B. Coaching & Guidance
- Provide individual and group coaching to help individuals explore their skills,interests, and values.
- Assist clients in defining career goals, developing action plans, and navigating educational pathways.
- Utilize effective coaching techniques to build trust, empower clients, and facilitate self-discovery.
- Stay informed about current trends in education, career development, and labor market needs.
C. Program Development & Resources
- Contribute to the development and improvement of existing education and career guidance programs.
- Conduct research and identify resources relevant to program content and client needs.
- Maintain awareness of technological advancements and integrate them into programs whenever possible.
D. Collaboration & Communication
- Work collaboratively with other team members, educators, and community partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education and career guidance, coaching,or a related field
- Demonstrably strong coaching skills and experience facilitating individual and group sessions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for education and career development, and a commitment to empowering individuals
- Ability to work 4 weekdays and Saturday, as well as occasional evenings due to time differences between markets
- Ability to travel as required
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
