  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description & Responsibility:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat


Ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer concerns and service requests


Coordinate order processing, returns, and exchanges with relevant departments


Maintain accurate records in CRM and customer service platforms


Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction


Partner with internal teams including Sales, Logistics, and Technical Support to ensure seamless customer interactions


Generate and analyze customer service reports and trends


Contribute to the development of customer service documentation, processes, and training materials


Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and overall experience



Requirement:

Candidates with relevant experiences are welcome to apply, especially with experience of Customer Service/ Sales Admin.
