  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Working
days and Hours:
3 - 5 days a week, assigned by manager (Cannot choose)
8 - 9h per shift from 9.45am - 7pm (Breaks included)

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Job Scope:
Assist in coordinating exhibitions and museum programmes, ensuring smooth execution and visitor engagement.
Provide service and engage with visitors, schools and special interest groups.
Support front-of-house operations such as ticketing, information services, and crowd control.
Interact with visitors to enhance their understanding and appreciation of contemporary art.
Monitor gallery spaces to ensure the safety of both visitors and artworks.
Uphold service standards and ensure compliance with museum policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements:
Minimum
O-levels
Prior
experience in customer service preferred
Strong
communication and public engagement skills
Able to
work on weekends, public holidays, and during exhibition periods when required
A team
player who is adaptable, proactive, and service-oriented
Willing
to travel offsite - Outside deployment (Woodlands, Jurong and Tampines)
