Senior Executive/ Executive, Administration (CDA)
To provide high-level administrative support to Group Director (Operations & Strategy) and Group Director (Communications & Engagement) as the primary point of contact for both Group Directors (GDs). Efficiently oversee the GD's schedule, organize travel plans, manage correspondence, and aid in diverse administrative duties as needed.
You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on
Provide administrative and secretariat support to both Group Director (Operations & Strategy) and Group Director (Communications & Engagement), including but not limited to:
Liaise with internal and external parties, answer to calls and make travel arrangements.
Manage internal and external correspondences
Schedule appointments, maintain calendar(s) and send reminders.
Provide administrative support such as making travel claims for the GD(s)
Coordinate meetings
Liaise with parties from both internally and externally on meeting dates, time and venue.
Prepare facilities for scheduled meetings, and arrange refreshments (where required)
Support the finance and procurement functions
Support the admin and logistics functions
Support in staff welfare matters, including organizing of staff welfare activities
Contribute to cross-functional projects across the division, when assigned.
Represent the division for relevant workgroups and committees
Any other assigned duties
What we are looking for
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma with relevant years of experience
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
2 to 3 years’ experience in office administration and finance or related field preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Competent stakeholder management skills
Requisite IT skills (proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)

Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
