Main Duties and Responsibilities



Liaise closely, promptly and to provide superior service to customers’ request and enquires.

Supports Sales team in orders processing includes purchase orders, sales contracts, delivery orders, invoicing, quality claims, acknowledgments, etc.

Works closely with production team, operation, and logistics personnel to process customers’ orders and inquiries.

Support Operations with logistic arrangements as and when required.

Assist on stock order from suppliers.

To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer / Management

Job Specification



Experience

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related

ISO 22K / HACCP Knowledge

Field preferably in Hospitality / F&B industry

Good listener, quick thinker and learner



Communication

Good communication and teamwork skills

Effective negotiator with vendor.

Communicate effectively with key leaders in the company to get things done.



Able to start work immediately or short notice would be preferred
