  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Liaising with Shared Service Centre
Utilise Purchase Requisition System (Naver) in order to obtain management approval according to Delegation of Authority Matrix
Create payments timely via banking portal to ensure suppliers are paid correctly within credit terms and reconcile SOA regularly.
Review payment process and ensure all invoices have been 3-way matched by procurement
Review AP Control List regularly
Setup recurring payments via GIRO or standing instructions
Investigate payment discrepancies to ensure that no wrongful payment.
Record input GST accurately according to regulations for GST submission
Consolidate payments together with supporting documents for payment runs
Assist in monthly closing to ensure that recurrent expenses are captured in P&L statement
Ensure that accounting journal entries are recorded accurately for disbursements
Reconcile bank statement to accounting records


Accounts Receivable


Corporate order & Franchise invoicing
AR Reconciliation for cash on hand, mall vouchers, mall e-vouchers and in-house vouchers settlement to bank statement according to POS report and individual outlets
Assisting new outlet setup & closure of outlets in processing VISA/Master/NETS transactions with bank.
Ensure that delivery partner sales are recorded inside the financial statements
Address delivery dispute problems to obtain refund from delivery partners
Check on AR outstanding and follow-up with debtors to obtain payment
Reconcile bank statement to accounting records
Assist in month end closing by ensuring recurrent revenue is captured in P&L statement.
Ensure Output GST amount is captured according to GST regulations
GTO submission
Ensure that accounting journal entries are recorded correctly for receipts
Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned
