  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job description:

Answer customer enquiries received via hotline
Resolve written queries through multi-channel customers’ platform, including emails and live chat
Resolve or manage escalation matters
Be an advocate for digitalization to educate & guide users to self-serve options to facilitate the transactions or service functionalities
Liaise with other units to provide appropriate or customize solutions to these value clients
Complete ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

Experience in delivering premium quality standard to retail & corporate investors
“Can-do” attitude and a team-player
Strong critical thinking and problem solving ability
Able to commit to the duration of assignment and able to start asap
Salary is fixed at $2200 per month prorated based on work days performed
