Your Role as an Enrolled Nurse
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in providing compassionate care and ensuring the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Nursing & Medical Care
Administer medication, supplements, and basic medical care
Monitor and manage clients’ health conditions and safety
Assist in conducting assessments and updating care plans
Client Well-being & Engagement
Support clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Cognitive/Leisure Skills (CLS)
Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all activities
Guide and mentor junior nursing staff to enhance team performance
Medical Coordination & Support
Assist staff nurses in client care management
Coordinate and arrange medical appointments and follow-ups
Teamwork & Community Engagement
Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
Support donor, volunteer, and fundraising events
Assist with any other duties as assigned by management
Who We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Professional Certificate / NITEC in Nursing
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
Experience working with special needs or geriatric clients is a plus
Able to work a 6-day shift schedule
Caring, responsible, and a strong team player
