  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee smooth day-to-day operational flow


Accurately process payment transactions at the assigned counter


Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries efficiently


Assist with payment top-ups and carry out general administrative tasks


Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as required

Key Requirements:

GCE O Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
Proactive, resourceful, and skilled at problem-solving
Open to working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Flexible scheduling: 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 2 off) OR Perm Night (10pm to 10am)
